What category to use for my fitness and health business?

I was wondering what category my business in France falls under? I am starting a health and fitness business training individuals as well as groups and also giving exercise and nutrition consultations. My working address will be my home address, however I will be working in quite a few different places. i.e. parks, clients own homes, the great outdoors, perhaps renting out gym rooms occasionally.
