What can I claim back as VAT under the Micro Entrepreneur

Hi Valérie,
I have signed up to Abby. I do not need to start creating electronic invoices until next year. I do pay/claim TVA but I can only claim on small things as I don’t really have many outgoings for my business. I claim TVA back on my mobile phone and WIFI and Navigo only.
These are paid from the bank account I use for my business. Please could you tell me what I need to do with these utilities companies re. invoicing?
Also, I have used a different email address with Abby (the one I use for work) from the one I use to receive my invoices for my phone, Navigo etc. Is this a problem?
