What business type to teach English and music?

I have been living in Paris for a few weeks and I am now looking for work. People have been telling me that registering a business in France is very expensive. But I have just found out the basics of the new system. I would like to advertise to teach both English and music in Paris, but I want to do this in the proper way as I don’t feel comfortable with the cash in hand method. What would be the procedure? I am probably only going to stay in France until christmas so I will only be working here for about 3 months.
