What business structure for a video production company?
My boyfriend and I are moving to France from the UK on November 26th to start a extreme sports video production company. We will be making holiday videos of visitors and marketing videos for chalet websites. What business structure should we use? Can we register as a UK Ltd company operating in France?
I have also been offered a job running a luxury chalet lettings website and part-time work cleaning and possibly transfer driving for a French chalet company. They would prefer if I can invoice them as and when I work for them as it won’t be on a regular basis, so should I register as auto-entrepreneur (seperately from my partners business). Also, I have heard its possible to get free French lessons when relocating to France, do you know anything about this and how I might go about it?
