New questions:

  1. If we set up a société à responsabilité limitée (SARL). Our income will be sales related (commissions), so will not be a regular monthly salary. My South African partner would invoice the SARL for his share of commissions, so I assume that this would reduce the taxable income by that amount?
  2. Is there a way that my South African partner can be a shareholder/director, without being a gerance, as he does not want to pay social charges in France, as he is based in South Africa?
  3. Finally, are you saying that I would pay 46% of my income on social charges - that seems very high. Is there not another way to reduce the social charges?
