I’m just finishing a complete renovation job and have been approached by a group of investors who have offered to finance the buying of a plot of land (either on a lotissement or a individual plot) with a view for me to build a new house and sell it.
Obviously the investors want a return on their money and I want to make enough to make it worth my while. I live in an area that is currently running a no business tax paid for the 1st so many years (not sure the name of it). I would like some advice on the feasibility of it.
Can EURL DJF (that’s me) borrow private money, buy land, build a house, and then sell it, without incurring too many taxes? Will it effect my yearly colistantions?
