What are the dates on my carte vitale?

I have received my new Carte Vitale from RAM, I was previously with CPAM based on my previous contributions in the UK. The Carte covers both myself and my young daughter. However, there is a column on the green form that accompanied the Carte Vitale that I don’t understand, it says droits jusqu’au which I believe relates to when our rights are valid until. At which point I assume things are reviewed with a view to extending if I’m still auto-entrepreneur. For my daughter the date is 31/12/2011 and for me it’s 14/05/2012, does anyone know why this might be and what will happen at those dates?
