What are the costs of being an auto-entrepreneur?

I have been reading about all the benefits of this wonderful regime, but I can not clearly understand what other expenses there might be with this regime. I mean, like any payment to be recorded as a trader? Any administrative costs? Any none-tax payment to be made at any stage to government? I am asking because so far it looks like you only have to pay tax, not even some money to an accountant or anything. Is it true?
