What are the auto-entrepreneur declaration dates for 2015?

I have been looking at the auto-entrepreneur payment and declaration dates for 2015. It shows quarters ending February, May, August and November with payment by April 30, July 31, November 2, and February 1. Are they saying I only declare January in the first quarter then February, March April? As quarter two is shown to end May 1 and the last quarter suggests carry over to 2016?
