What are the auto-entrepreneur cotisations rates for 2015?

Just gone online to pay the first quarter of 2015 and am confused with the percentage cotisations payable. I have an artisan business in France and have the Vous n’avez pas opté pour le versement libératoire de l’impôt sur le revenu non payment of impot selected. The problem is it appears that the online payment calculator is working out my cotisations payable at around 25%. If I put 1,000 euros revenue the calculator informs me that I will owe 251 euros in cotisations. I thought the cotisations were supposed to have gone down from the 2014 rates?
