What are options if director refuses rupture conventionelle?

I have been working at a firm in France for over two years on a contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) contract. Whilst working I have been undertaking a professional business project in France in my personal time and now feel that it is the right time to launch my project. Having mentioned this to my boss (not in an official meeting) he seemed against the idea of the rupture stating that he doesn’t want to pay for me to leave the company.

I have planned another meeting to discuss this further but would like to know what my options are if he continues to refuse the rupture and what costs would actually be involved for him?

Obviously during the initial stages of launching the business i will have no income so would like to know what I need to do to qualify for the chomage if he continues to refuse?
