What are my options are when I reach the auto-entrepreneur turnover limit?

I am currently on the auto-entrepreneur system but would like to know what my options are when I reach the auto-entrepreneur turnover limit? Obviously I will have to change the company to another scheme, but how will that impact me on tax etc? Also I will be looking to employ people, but I need to know costs involved to see if my pricing structure will enable me to afford to make this change or will my prices have to change as well?
