What are CPAM asking me for?

As I have been deregistered as auto-entrepreneur I have had to start the whole registering process again. We have been to CPAM (sent there by RSI) and filled in the relevent forms, I have received a letter asking for l’avis d’imposition ou de non imposition de l’annèe 2008. Can you please tell me what they are asking for and if this is something I have missed on a form?
