Website registration issues
Bonjour - I registered my business back at the start of April. I received my Finance Publique letter asking me to register my online account and I received my URSSAF letter asking me to register.
1) I went through the steps for my Finance Publique set up and got the email on 7 may telling me I’d get an activation code by mail in 2 weeks… I have still not received that. I’m not sure what to do to try to get that resent.
2) The second issue is when I try to register my URSSAF account, it says it is refused. It says I need to wait 15 days after notification, however, my affiliation notification from them was received back in April. I actually thought I had already completed it, but it seems I had not as I do not have any log in information.
How do I proceed?
