VISA status change for Business creation

I currently hold a student visa and very much interested in creating a SAS business in France. As a student I believe I am required to change my visa status, I am looking into applying for ‘Talent passport for company founders’, my question is, I am supposed to change my status before business registration or first register the business then change the status. By any chance, do you know the exact timeframe a change of status may be considered by the Prefecture?

Also, by French business laws, I believe SAS Company must have at least 2 shareholders, is this must?
