With your help, I became an auto-entrepreneur in France at the beginning of 2022. I was legally separated from my spouse in the US and planned to divorce. We reconciled and he visited in 2023 as a tourist. He has retired this year. I know you don’t give visa advice, but can you recommend a website or immigration attorney to figure out what are his visa options? I have been in France for more than the 18 months required for family reunification, but I am reading the process would likely take 6 months minimum. Thanks!
