What is versement libératoire de l’impôt sur le revenu?
My wife is registered as an auto-entrepreneur for our gite business in France since Jan 2009. In 2010 we declared online for the first three trimesters and the system calculated the amount due and then took it from our bank as normal. We then received demands from RSI for more money and on going down to see them they informed me that my wife had opted for le versement libératoire de l’impôt sur le revenu, but had not ticked the box on the declaration so the system didn’t take the money.
When we now go to the declaration, at the top it says Vous n’avez pas opté pour le versement libératoire de l’impôt sur le revenu and there is no box to tick so at the moment our 4th quarter is short as well. Is this a fault in the system, or is it that I have to delete something and re-create it to get the box to tick?
