VAT register even income is still under the VAT threshold

Hi Valerie,
I’ve got information from other groups that even my yearly income is still below the VAT threshold for AE, I will still need to register for it, including the VAT number in the invoices for clients in Europe, and report it monthly. Can you confirm this? And how to do that (get my VAT number, monthly report, etc.).
I’m a profession liberale, by the way, if that changes something.
