Using an SCI with an association?

Our société civile immobilière (SCI) received irregular fees for using part of the property for a sports club association, depending on usage per member. It is working well for the association and they are starting to use it regularly and pay monthly, put the amounts are irregular as it depends on attendance at the club by the members.

The SCI does not make a profit from this, as the fees received do not cover the outgoings of the SCI, so it serves to help pay the interest and other annual costs of the SCI.

I am about to submit the SCI tax declaration and wondered the impact of this relationship. Would it mean the SCI declares to service des impôts des entreprises étrangères (SIE) - if so I see this is irreversible and was not the intention of the SCI creation. Should the fees be declared on our personal joint tax declaration and if so, where?
