URSSAF refund of cotisations

I have read in the last few days (on social media groups !) that micro entrepreneurs will be able to receive a refund of some of their cotisations that they paid last year , as a form of financial help to small businesses (similar to the fonds de solidarite)
I have looked at their website and cannot find any information on this - is this correct or merely Facebook fake news ?
