URSSAF online registration for my wife (conjoint collabarateur)

Hi, I am the auto-entrepreneur of a gites business in Dordogne. My wife is a conjoint collabarateur. We both received our affiliation letters from URSSAF recently. I was able to open my URSSAF online account using the SIRET, my social security number and social security account number. We tried to do the same for her but her affiliation letter does not mention the SIRET number (mine does), and when we went to create her online account on autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr it errors (can’t remember the exact wording but something along the lines of “not found”). Anyone any ideas of how we should proceed with setting her up?
