URSSAF declaration of income

I would like to ask you a question regarding declaring my income to URSSAF. I am an auto entrepreneur, I got my SIRET number in July, and invoiced my first client in October. I have set up a trimester plan with the URSSAF. When I tried to declare this income in my URSSAF portal, it seemed that I was not able to do that. If I understand correctly I need to declare that at the end of the year since it is income coming at the last trimester of the year, regardless of the fact that it might also cover services that I performed before October, right?
