URSSAF and DSN issues with Net Entreprises

I received a letter from URSSAF which I believe was stating that I hadn’t paid my monthly contributions, and to register with Net-Enterprises to do so. My business started on July 1, 2018, and so far I have made no income (zero clients).

I registered yesterday, but now have no idea what information they are asking me on the DSN page. Also, do they want an accounting spreadsheet? Something else?

I will email you a PDF of the letter I received from URSSAF, as well as a screen shot of Net-Enterprises DSN page.
