Unexpected Contractor of Record Fees: Will It Impact My SMIC?

I just learned that a company that my client is using to pay me is charging a 7% fee for every invoice. So when I bill 1000 euro, I’m paid 70 less than that in their system, even before the money hits my bank account. I am not concerned about the fees, I am concerned about the accounting for my visa. I have two main questions.
1. Is my SMIC based on the total invoiced or the total received in my business bank account?
2. How do I match my invoices, which show 1000 euro, to a payment that only shows 930 received?
If I can’t match those payments, what do you recommend as a solution?
