UK Ltd. Director, working remotely from France in my own UK company

I am the director of an LTD in UK (50%). The Ltd is a piano school (physical, not online) and all the activity, customers, etc. are from the UK.
I manage the school remotely from France where I am a legal tax resident. My primary residence is in France and I spend more than 183 days per year here.

So far I’ve been only getting back the money I invested in the company. I did a loan to the company at the beginning and I am getting it back. However, once this finishes, I would like to start getting paid by my Ltd. I am a bit lost about what my options are legally and tax wise, both for the Ltd. and myself. I would like to get social security in France as well as retirement.

The options I can think of are:

  1. Register as AE in France and invoice my services to the Ltd? Not sure if that is possible since I’m a director. Maybe doing it through portage salariale?
  2. Register an office of the Ltd in France and pay myself a French salary. - Might be too complicated to manage and maybe even not possible since all the activity is happening in the UK.
  3. Get a UK salary (minimum to not pay NI) and get the rest in dividends.

Could you please advise on possible options and their legal and tax implications for both myself and the Ltd?

At the moment I do not contemplate doing anything else, so this would be my main source of income.

Thanks for your help,
Elena.
