UK Limited company liable for TVA?

We are directors of a UK Limited company that is registered as a tour operator in the UK. The company is not registered in France. The place of supply is France, i.e. this is where our activity is based. We take commissions from owners of properties, airport transfer companies, mountain guides, etc. We need to know where we stand with French TVA?
