Type of business to register in France to start an English language school?

My business will be an English language school in France for groups of 10 to 12 adult students and, under normal operating conditions, should earn around 90,000 euros per annum. I will be the only person employed and don’t intend to have shareholders.

I need a SIRET (Système d’Identification de Répertoire des Etablissements) number to rent a business premises in France and I’m wondering if this number is applied to all types of business?
I have read about the micro-entrepreneur limits of earnings and wonder what happens if one exceeds this?
Which business type is best for this English language school in France?
