Type of business to register for video production?

Could recommend what type of business to register? I do video production. Right now most of my clients will be in the US. I’m not sure if I’ll make over the threshold of 32600 for charging TVA, is this something that can be changed later? As in, I don’t charge TVA up to that point and then after I do? Also, which category do I fall under - activite commerciale, artisan or profession libérale? I provide different types of video production services to clients; shooting, editing, graphics etc.
