Type of business to register for online marketing?

I do online marketing for software vendors. I’m American but live with my family in Prague CR. Right now my clients are in the EU and I earn over the auto-entrepreneur threshold of 32,600 euros annually. Is EARL my only option? If yes, is there a minimum liability requirement for non-EU citizens? Which category do I fall under - activite commerciale, artisan or profession libérale?
