Two micro-entrepreneurs at the same address working for the same client

Hi
I wanted to know if it will pose any problems if two micro-entrepreneurs who live at the same address both do work for the same client.
My husband and I are each set up as micro-entrepreneurs and do the same job. We have different clients but we have an opportunity for some work that can be done as a job share. The client is not in a position to employ anyone so it has to be a contract role, and they would contract with each of us separately. We would invoice separately based on how many hours we had worked each month.
I can’t see why it would be an issue as we both have other clients and it is not unusual for organisations to contract work out to more than one consultant. However, I just wanted to check.
