Two businesses, same activity, one land owner.

I’m currently looking at the possibility of starting a camping business around one of my parents lakes. The complicated part is that they already run an identical business on a lake adjacent to this one. I would have my own separate clients who would pay me direct, and it would be run as a completely separate concern. If this would be a problem, is there any way to make it feasible? By renting the land from them, or possibly buying the land outright in the future?
