Two auto-entrepreneurs - different activities, on the same premises?

My son has just last week signed up for a small bar-restaurant the lease and license IV will be in his name and we are thinking he will opt for auto-entrepreneur status. He is only interested in the bar side of the business and will focus on this. My question is can I also register as an auto-entrepreneur and operate the restaurant side, i.e. food only, of the business keeping strictly separate accounts? There is a clause apparently in the lease that permits subletting so I was wondering if this could be applied to subletting the kitchen?
