Sorry I am a bit confused

I don’t have any professional Impots account, do I just log in and create one. It’s in French and there seems to be two options
Is this where is declare my Tv’s? It looks like I missed the deadline of April 2020 ( I read that deadline date in a thread on your website). As we are still renovating and not officially opening to guests until July 2020, we did not know how many TVs we would be offering to guests. They are still not set up. But we now know there will be 5 ( and another 1 for our private use….do I need a license for private use).
