TVA set up, URSSAF numbers

With your help I now have my ME set up and I am waiting for all the final paperwork to arrive, as you indicated.
- If I wanted to start charging TVA in the next few months (even if my turnover didn’t yet exceed €34000,00) how easy or difficult would it be to apply if my clients are requesting it? Can I apply on-line via Impots even if I have not yet submitted any business tax returns?
- I have received a letter from URSSAF giving me a Numero de Securite sociale (a rappeler dans toute correspondance) which is 15 numbers long and with no zeros in the middle. When I try and set up an account at URSSAF they ask for with my Siret No and a 13 chiffres Sécurité sociale number. Do I presume that my 15 chiffres number is in fact a temporary one even without the zeros?
