TVA Questions as Micro Entrepreneur

I have some questions related to TVA as a ME:

1) In your opinion, is it better to declare monthly or annually for TVA?

I will have about 100 invoices per year and they are mainly from the same service.

2) How do I complete the monthly or annual declaration?

3) What dates are they due by?

4) When I complete the declaration do I upload all the invoices as well?
