TVA implication of registering a business in France?

I have questions regarding the registration of a regime reel simplifie business in France:

  1. My understanding is that if I become taxe sur la valeur ajoutée (TVA) registered I must charge 20% on all my invoices, I then pay that 20% to the tax authorities. If I earn below 32,600 euros I do not have to register for TVA. If I do earn above this, do I have to charge TVA on all my earnings or only those beyond 32,600 euros? Can I start to charge TVA after I reach the threshold?
  2. Is the 20% TVA on everything including expenses? For example if I invoice 150 euros for work carried out and 50 euros for expenses = total invoice is 200 euros. Is TVA 40 euros on 200 euros, or 30 euros on 150 euros?
  3. If I work from home, is there a formula for claiming expenses, e.g. internet, phone, electricity, shared household expenses, and what are the equipment depreciation percentages? Is there any resource to see what expenses can be claimed?
  4. What is the income tax percentage when on reel simplifie? TVA 20% / social charges 46% / income tax? Are there any other taxes or charges?
