TVA implication of registering a business in France?

I have questions regarding the registration of a regime reel simplifie business in France:
- My understanding is that if I become taxe sur la valeur ajoutée (TVA) registered I must charge 20% on all my invoices, I then pay that 20% to the tax authorities. If I earn below 32,600 euros I do not have to register for TVA. If I do earn above this, do I have to charge TVA on all my earnings or only those beyond 32,600 euros? Can I start to charge TVA after I reach the threshold?
- Is the 20% TVA on everything including expenses? For example if I invoice 150 euros for work carried out and 50 euros for expenses = total invoice is 200 euros. Is TVA 40 euros on 200 euros, or 30 euros on 150 euros?
- If I work from home, is there a formula for claiming expenses, e.g. internet, phone, electricity, shared household expenses, and what are the equipment depreciation percentages? Is there any resource to see what expenses can be claimed?
- What is the income tax percentage when on reel simplifie? TVA 20% / social charges 46% / income tax? Are there any other taxes or charges?
