Turnover declaration with URSSAF - which declaration box to fill in

I am declaring my turnover on the URSSAF website for the three months since opening my gallery. I have sold my photos printed on canvas and I am signed up as a micro-entrepreneur. I am confused which heading covers what I do, the options are:

Chiffre d’affaires des autres prestations de services
Chiffre d’affaires des prestations de services commerciales ou artisanales
Chiffre d’affaires des ventes de marchandises

I will face the same problem in the future as I also produce technical drawings for building work, offer photography services for events and weddings and will soon have a chambre d’hôte. All these activities have been included together on all paperwork from the CCI.
