Turnover declaration missed, what to do?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur starting January 19th of 2010. I did my first payment in August, online at net-entreprise. I got confused because for the first payment I received a printed letter and I thought this would be the case each time. So, today I realized that I should have done my second payment on line on September 30th. Is there a way to fix this mistake? Can I pay a late-fee or talk to someone about this? What are the penalties for missing one payment? Can I put my records back on track?
