Trouble with Impots website

I am trying to log into Impots website to declare my income tax, however I am having trouble doing this. I believe I already have an account, as I paid my Cotisation Foncieres des Entreprises last year through Impots website.
However all the details that I have do not seem to work. I have tried to setup a new account but I dont have any reference number. I have tried the forgotten password lin, but it does not recognise my fiscal number.
Should I have some paperwork to let me log in? This is my 1st time paying impots.
