Translation of birth certificate into French?

I have registered as an ae and received my certificat d’inscription with siret number etc. I have also received a letter from the RSI requesting a copy of my birth certificate before I can receive a numero de securite, translated into French by a recognised organization. Please could you advise me as to how i find a recognized organization to do this? I have also received a form from Inforegistre to complete and return with a cheque for 143.52E within 15 days and I’m not sure what this is for - please could you help point me in the right direction for this?
