Transfer a UK limited company to France?

I am planning to move to France in 2012. Up until now I work through my own UK limited company as a freelancer, on 6 month renewable contract from home with PC and Internet. I offer scientific consulting to pharmaceutical companies through a company based in Luxembourg. Is it possible to transfer the UK limited company with me to France and continue to use it, or would I need to start a new company in France. I am paid hourly with Annual income of about €100,000 with limited expenses.
