Training levy charges for 2013?

I will be making my first Contributions Sociales in March and I know I have to pay a contribution for the Training Levy (CFP). Please can you confirm the percentage now required for 2013, I am classified as Artisans and I am rather confused what percentage I should be paying, as there are different percentages quoted in the media.
