My SASU has no tools to perform any construction work.
1. Can I create a contract to loan my tools to the SASU and it agrees to pay me fair rental value, based on “loxam”, French tool rental company, rental price per day, weekly, monthly rates?
2. Must this income be reported on my taxes each year?
