To many Avis Amaible from RSI?

I know that I am doing something wrong with my on-line declarations. Since February 2009, on small takings from a once a week market (just under 4,500 Euros). I have paid on-line 142E 1st payment and 174E 2nd payment. Then I received on 15th Sept, a demand from RSI (An Avis Amiable form) for 127E to be paid within 8 days. Then186E 3rd payment.

Finally when I paid my last payment on-line, I checked on the form that I had opted for impot liberatoire and I ticked Oui. I noticed that some of the layout of the form was slightly different to the others. They only asked me this time for 12E. I thought maybe it was all being re-adjusted at the end of the year.

This week I have received another Avis Amaible form from the RSI office also asking for payment within 8 days for 87 Euros. This totals up for the year to 716 Euros. Valerie is this procedure for separate payments on top of on line payments, normal for the auto-entrepreneur? Have I paid the right amount for the year, my business is buying and selling. Is receiving 2 Tax Professional forms at the end of the year, anything to do with it?
