Timing for setting up AE

I will be setting up as an AE to manage my gite. Can you outline any implications to being immatriculated with a kbis dated now or 1 Jan 2020. Are there any additional taxes or anything to be aware of that would make a difference.

I am closing down my SAS at the end of this month in favour of the simpler AE system and would prefer some continuity with trading but can easily close for a month too if it is easier just to start in the new year.
