The minimum requirements to register a limited company in France?

To get started simply, can we check the name of our company to make sure Companies House accepts it?
Do not have the director, secretary and shareholders to be based in the France? Can virtually anyone own and manage a French limited company? We do not have to be a France resident or National to be a director of a French limited company.
How old must be all directors?
Does the registered office address have to be my main trading address? The company should have an office in France and owner of it?
The minimum quantity of shareholders? 1 or 2 person?
The copmany can have a appostile certificate?
All of these options are ok in the Uk but in france are they ok or not? or if not ? what is the matter with them?
