Taxes paid on funds coming to France

I am in the process of buying a house and have the funds coming from various places (UAE and India).

I have a visa long sejour (1 year, without recourse to work) and i am not tax resident in France currently and have no social security.
Will I be taxed on the funds I bring in to France to buy the house?

I have conflicting information and it is quite unnerving. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
