Taxe Professionelle (Without the PAYG tax)

Got my taxe professionelle form yesterday, and the other thread about this form seems to be giving advice for those who opted for the PAYG tax. I thought I had but apparently I haven’t, so I’m looking for some help on how to complete the form for TP in view of this.

I think I live in a rural rejuvenation zone (and started my AE before it was all stopped). I don’t own any premises (I work from home and I don’t own that either, nor do I rent it, it’s my father’s house) or a vehicle that is used for business, or any significant equipment (beyond IT stuff, etc).

Is there anywhere I can go to get help with completing the form? My French is reasonable, but not up to disentangling the apparently very complex form.
