Taxe d’habitation & taxe fonciere

My husband & I bought our house in France in Dec 2019 (i.e got the keys then & moved in) and have been living in it as our main residence since.
We have not received any invoices for either of the above taxes. Do I need to contact someone or register somewhere to make sure they come through to us? Someone told us we would receive the bills in the mail towards the end of the year but we’ve received nothing to date.
