As you know I am in the process of setting up a chambres d’hôtes under an LMNP.
The accommodation is unclassified - so the rate to collect is 3% price/person/night if I understand correctly. Capped at 1,30)
However, I did read somewhere the following which I do not understand “
Lorsque la taxe est instaurée au réel, le tarif est appliqué par personne et par nuitée. Lorsque la taxe est instaurée au forfait, le tarif est appliqué par unité de capacité d’accueil et par nuitée.”
Can you please help ?
